Yoshida's Tri-Tip (Jeff S)
With a fork - poke holes in both sides of tri-tip. Put it gallon ziploc bag. Fill with Yoshida's to cover. Pour in 1/4 can (maybe 1/3) 7-UP. Squeeze air out of bag. Marinate overnight. Flip over in morning. Grill on 400 degree grill. Flip every 15 minutes for about 45 minutes. Last 10 minutes, cut open to see if cooking through.
