Dutch Oven Baked Corn

  • 1 Package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 Can Corn, drained
  • 1 Can Creamed Corn
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Cup or One Stick Butter/Margarine

Cook in a 12" Dutch oven. Use 15 briquets on top, 9 briquets on bottom.

Mix together all ingredients and pour into greased Dutch oven. Cook for approximately one hour or until top is a light golden color. Serves 6-8 people.

Recipe can be doubled.
